Exhaust Gas Treatment Device
Overview
The generator set uses diesel as fuel, and the exhaust gas is discharged through a chimney. When the generator set is in operation, the exhaust gas emitted by the diesel engine is a pulsating gas flow with high temperature and high speed, characterized by high noise and heavy pollution. During the incomplete combustion of diesel, exhaust gases containing nitrogen oxides (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), particulate matter (PM), and sulfur-containing acidic gases (mainly SO₂)are produced. Among them, sulfur dioxide(SO₂)and nitrogen oxides (NOx) are acidic gases. If these gases are directly discharged without treatment, they will have a certain impact on the surrounding environment.
